Instant Delivery Operations Supervisor

Duties include:

2. Optimize delivery resources, coordinate area operations and delivery personnel to complete door-to-door delivery tasks, and reduce overall delivery costs;

3. Process consumer experiences and complaints, adjust operations strategies accordingly, and enhance delivery experiences;

4. Regularly output operation data analysis report, provide optimization suggestions for door-to-door delivery business;

5. This position is not limited to a single area, and may be adjusted due to business needs.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or above, those with 3 years or above of labor and human resources management experience in food delivery platforms, on-demand delivery, logistics, and express delivery are preferred;

2. Flexible thinking, good at event planning and resource integration, with cross-departmental communication and execution ability;

3. Excellent cross-team collaboration and complex project management skills, strong sense of responsibility, and good data analysis ability.​
