Job Description

Job Responsibilities

Handling various hardware and system abnormalities at the customer site, such as paper jams, abnormal fixing, color deviation, and scan failure, providing immediate technical support.
Replace consumables (such as photoconductor drums, transfer belts, cleaning blades) and wear parts (such as separation claws, paper feed wheels, fixing components) according to the standard operating procedure, and record the replacement details and usage status.
Assist customers in completing network printing environment settings, including IP address configuration, driver installation, shared printing queue establishment, and basic firewall communication adjustment.

Work requirements

Have at least 2 years of practical repair experience with a photocopier or digital multifunction printer (Ricoh brand is preferred), familiar with its mechanical structure, circuit layout, and firmware operation logic.
Able to independently judge the common causes of faults, familiar with the use of multimeters, oscilloscopes (basic), diagnostic software and original equipment manufacturer service tools for testing and correction.
Fluent in Cantonese, you can communicate technical details, operation instructions, and preventive maintenance advice clearly to local customers throughout the process; you can read English technical manuals and error code explanations, with basic English reading and writing abilities.
Have a service awareness and professional etiquette, be well-dressed, have all the necessary tools, be punctual and trustworthy, and be able to adapt to flexible field schedules and occasional emergency support needs.
