Job Responsibilities
- Assist hairdressers with daily services, including preparing tools, cleaning work areas, and organizing supplies.
- Provide basic shampooing, blow-drying, and scalp cleaning services to customers, ensuring a comfortable and hygienic process.
- Learn and master various haircutting, dyeing, and styling techniques, and gradually participate in actual operations.
- Assist in welcoming customers to the store, guide them to their seats and record their basic needs, and improve service flow.
- Keep the salon environment clean, regularly replenish consumables and maintain equipment normal operation.
Work requirements
- Passionate about the hairdressing industry, willing to start from the basics and continue to learn professional skills.
- Have basic communication skills, be able to establish good interactive relationships with colleagues and customers.
- No experience required, the company provides on-the-job training, and fresh graduates or career changers are welcome to apply.
- Need to follow the salon's service standards and discipline, pay attention to personal grooming and professional image.
- Able to adapt to shift work, weekend and holiday work schedule.
