Job Description

Job Responsibilities

Provide professional K15 academic planning services to local and international schools in Hong Kong, covering full support for students’ school transfers and further studies.
Guide customers to prepare application materials, provide interview training, and conduct academic ability evaluation to enhance application success rate.
Continuously monitor Hong Kong's education policy changes, maintain close cooperation with local and international schools, and grasp the latest enrollment dynamics.
Mainly lead key customers to introduce projects and explain solutions, ensuring service execution quality and customer satisfaction.

Work requirements

Bachelor's degree or above in education, psychology or related fields, with priority given to those with a higher degree.
Understand the admission standards and school features of various types of schools in Hong Kong (government, subsidized, directly funded, private and international schools).
Having a rich network of school resources and a successful track record of assisting students with school transfers and admissions.
Have excellent analysis and planning abilities, and be able to provide professional and feasible education solutions to different students.
Pay attention to details, strong sense of responsibility, and dedicated to providing exceptional customer service experiences.
Proficient in Chinese and English writing and oral communication, Cantonese, Mandarin and English fluency are especially desirable.
