Job Description

1. Job Responsibilities

During mealtime, inspect the area you are responsible for, and timely supplement drinking water, seasonings, and other necessary supplies
Assist in completing table cleaning and rearrangement, maintaining a clean and hygienic dining environment, and meeting business standards
Comply with the checkout process, handle cash or electronic payment transactions, and express gratitude to enhance customer satisfaction

Work requirements

Have basic communication skills, be able to face different types of customers with a polite attitude, and show good service awareness
Pay attention to personal grooming and follow restaurant dress code to present a professional appearance
Willing to cooperate with shift work, including attendance on holidays and peak hours, sense of responsibility and punctuality
