Job Description

Job Responsibilities

Conduct document checking and verification for commercial /SME loan applications to ensure compliance with internal and regulatory requirements.
Handle commercial /SME loan disbursement transactions accurately and in a timely manner, including system input, fund release, and related record-keeping.
Perform commercial /SME account maintenance tasks such as customer information updates, mandate changes, account closure, and system amendments.
Support daily operational processing to ensure smooth workflow for commercial /SME banking transactions.
Communicate and align with internal departments (e.g. Frontline, Credit) to resolve transaction or documentation issues.
Ensure all operations comply with internal guidelines, regulatory requirements, and service standards.
Assist in procedural documentation when required.

Assist on Ad hoc task of Operations Department when required.

Job Requirements

Diploma or above in Banking, Finance, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
Minimum 2 years of experience in commercial /SME banking or operations field preferred.
Knowledge of commercial / SME loan operations, KYC procedures, and account maintenance practices.
Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work under time pressure.
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (both Putonghua and Cantonese).
Proficient in MS Office and banking systems.
Candidates with more experience may be considered for the position of Senior Officer.
