Job Description

Business Analyst

Job Responsibilities

Responsible for the analysis and optimization of core business processes such as bank and international payment institution settlement and exchange, covering transaction reconciliation, fund transfer, foreign exchange application, and compliant reconciliation.
Lead the full life cycle management of requirements, including requirement collection, analysis modeling, specification writing, priority sorting and acceptance testing, to ensure that business goals and system implementation are highly consistent.
As a cross-functional collaboration hub, work closely with product, technology, compliance, operations and overseas regional teams to drive multi-time zone, multi-system integration projects.
Based on massive transaction data, perform in-depth analysis to identify process bottlenecks and risk points, and output executable business improvement solutions and data dashboard requirements.
Participate in technical solution evaluation, combine the characteristics of OPF, XCT, VTK frameworks, etc., and assist the architect in completing the matching design of business logic and middleware capabilities.

Work requirements

Have a bachelor's degree or above, accumulate at least 8 years of financial industry (especially in banks, cross-border payments, clearing and settlement fields) business analysis related practical experience.
In-depth understanding of SWIFT, ISO 20022, FX Settlement, Nostro/Vostro Account, CFETS, etc. related settlement and exchange standards and practical operations.
Have excellent structural thinking and abstract modeling abilities, and be able to transform complex business scenarios into clear process diagrams, use case diagrams, and user stories; be familiar with UML, BPMN, etc. Analysis tools.
Have excellent bilingual (Chinese and English) communication skills, be able to independently conduct English requirement interviews, write English PRD and report analysis results to the international team.
Have a high sense of responsibility and proactive attitude, and be able to independently push forward projects in a high-pressure, multi-task parallel environment, demonstrating strong sense of ownership and cross-cultural collaboration skills.
