Job Description

Job Responsibilities

Responsible for preparing ingredients, including washing, cutting and marinating various vegetables, meats and seafood
Follow standard recipes and procedures to make soups, sauces, and simple main dishes, ensuring food quality is consistent
Keep the kitchen clean and hygienic, follow food safety and operation guidelines, and regularly clean and disinfect
Assist in inventory management, regularly check the freshness of ingredients and report the situation to the supervisor

Work requirements

No experience is required to apply, the company provides on-the-job training, but you must have a positive learning attitude
Able to adapt to high-temperature and fast-paced kitchen environment, with basic physical and mental endurance
Preference will be given to those who understand basic knife skills and cooking techniques
