<p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>Requirements</strong></span></p>
<ul>
<li>
<p><strong>Minimum of 3 years or more in draftsman field experience, residential interior design.</strong></p>
</li>
<li><strong>At least 3 years relevant working experience preferably in "residential projects".</strong></li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp , Enscape, 3D Max , Photoshop, 3D Max , MS office, Illustrator, PowerPoint and other relevant computer software (*Must to use Sketchup & AutoCAD）</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Diploma holder or above in interior design, architecture or related disciplines.</li>
<li>Self-motivated, detail-minded, good design sense and presentation skills.</li>
<li>Strong experience (residential projects) **** in space planning/conceptual design /sketching/technical coordination and drawing production.</li>
<li>On site experience is preferred.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Responsibilities</span></strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Handle a full set of drawings including space planning, conceptual design with selection of materials.</li>
<li>Generate conceptual ideas and mood boards to guide the narrative of the project.</li>
<li>Compile detailed specifications for finishes materials.</li>
<li>Site supervision to ensure project quality and progress.</li>
<li>Managing Residential projects from design to construction period. <br><br> <br></li>
