Junior Product Manager

<p>Responsibilities:</p><ol><li>Understand the market demands, industry trends, and competitive landscape of the custody (wallet & banking) business, and formulate product strategies and development plans.</li><li>Assist in overseeing the full lifecycle management of custody products, including demand research, product design, development follow-up, launch & operation, and iterative optimization, to ensure products are delivered on time and of high quality.</li><li>Understand user needs, design user research initiatives, track user feedback, continuously optimize product experience, and enhance product usability.</li><li>Collaborate closely with departments such as BD (Business Development), Operations, and Technology to drive product implementation and commercialization.</li></ol><p>Requirements :</p><ol><li>Bachelor's degree or above; 2025 graduating students are welcome.</li><li>Interest in finance, securities, and other transaction-related industries, as well as a willingness to learn about wallets and clearing & settlement businesses.</li><li>Basic ability to drive project management.</li><li>Proficiency in English (able to use it as a working language); proficiency in Mandarin is preferred.</li></ol>
