Duties include:| Job Duties：
Market research and strategy formulation: Organize the collection, analysis and research of overseas market information (mainly the United States and the United Kingdom) based on the company's overseas expansion strategy, and formulate overseas market business development strategies and tactics.
Business planning and site selection: Based on the company's business planning in the local market, combined with local market conditions, timely formulate business planning and site selection strategies; decompose and implement the site selection and construction plan on an annual, quarterly and monthly basis to ensure the achievement of the business development target.
Team building and operations management: Build a local team overseas, lead the team in the planning and implementation of new site construction, opening, new product launch, and daily operations to expand brand influence and achieve sales targets.
Training and support: Regularly conduct management and digitalization-related business training for overseas local market teams to ensure effective communication and implementation of the company's headquarters operating planning and strategies.
Support work: Responsible for other support work generated due to overseas market expansion needs.
Job Requirements| Requirements：
Language ability: Have fluent English reading and writing skills, adapt to the English work environment, those with overseas study background or overseas work experience are preferred.
Communication and coordination skills: Have excellent communication and coordination skills and stress resistance ability, be able to independently push forward the project and implement it, and those who have entrepreneurship experience are preferred.
Travel preference: Willing to live and work overseas for a long time and meet the requirements for overseas travel (US visa required).

Identity and work arrangements
The position is mainly based in Hong Kong/USA, and requires long-term participation in the expansion of North American and European markets. Candidates should have a legal identity that supports Hong Kong work and international business travel,
For example:
Hong Kong passport and valid U.S. B1/B2 visa;
Chinese mainland passport, and hold valid US B1/B2 visa;
American permanent residents or U.S. passport holders;
or other identity that can meet the requirements of Hong Kong work and international business travel.
Working location: Hong Kong / United States
Salary: HKD 55,000–85,000/month × 12 months + annual performance bonus
