Hotel Front Desk Executive (Hung Hom, Southern District)

Job Responsibilities
• Responsible for the daily operation of the hotel front desk
• Answering the phone and handling customer inquiries, processing reservations
• Greet guests and handle check-in or check-out registration work
• Provide professional concierge services to maintain good customer relationships

Position requirements
• Must understand computer operations and have hotel front desk work experience
• Active and proactive work, good at communication, sense of responsibility, and enthusiasm. Pay attention to details
• Able to read and write Chinese, speak fluent Cantonese, understand Mandarin and be able to understand and speak English

Working hours:
• Daily 9 hours work, including 1 hour paid meal time
(Night shift: 19:30 - 7:30, with overtime allowance)

Working location: Tseung Kwan O (Hong Kong)
