Job Description

Job Responsibilities

Assist in handling property sales and leasing preliminary consultation and customer reception work
Learn and familiarize yourself with local real estate market information, including the characteristics and price trends of different areas, and basic knowledge of relevant laws (such as the Estate Agents Ordinance).
Regularly update and organize property database to ensure accurate and timely information on real estate projects, supporting sales and promotion activities by the team.
Participate in internal company training courses and evaluations, continuously improve professional knowledge, communication skills and customer service awareness, and lay a solid foundation for obtaining a real estate broker license.

Work requirements

Yearly 18 years old, healthy and strong, with good Chinese (Cantonese and written) expression ability, understanding Mandarin or English is an added bonus.
No past real estate industry experience is required, but you must have a proactive attitude, a clear sense of purpose, and the motivation to continue learning.
Hard-working and down-to-earth, able to withstand a reasonable work rhythm, with basic stress resistance and sense of responsibility, and valuing teamwork.
