Job Description
Job Responsibilities
  • Responsible for the daily production and follow-up of purchase orders to ensure the smooth progress of the purchase process.
  • Communicate and coordinate with suppliers to confirm product prices, delivery times, and quality requirements, etc. details.
  • Organize and archive procurement-related documents, including contracts, invoices, quotes, etc.
  • Assist in inventory management, regularly check the situation of materials entering and leaving, and prevent shortages or repeated purchases.
  • Assist the finance department to complete the reconciliation and payment application work, ensure that the accounts are clear and accurate.

Work requirements
  • College degree or above, with a business, logistics or relevant professional background preferred.
  • Familiar with office software operations, such as Word, Excel and basic applications of ERP systems.
  • Have good communication skills and responsibility, and be able to effectively collaborate with internal departments and external suppliers.
  • Applicants with one year or more of purchasing or administrative work experience are preferred, fresh graduates can also be considered.
