Job Description
Working location: Tsuen Wan / Tseung Kwan O
Responsibilities:
Conduct risk assessments, control material delivery timelines, track project progress, and update status to ensure information accuracy.
Supervise construction teams, ensuring adherence to company policies and compliance requirements regarding discipline and construction quality.
Handle internal and external communications related to the project, including liaising with vendors and team members.
Manage lists of project materials and equipment, ensuring clear records of resource allocation.
Manage end-to-end technical delivery of various IT projects, including module construction, network setup, decommissioning, and minor cabling works. Collaborate with IDC delivery, IDC operations, multiple vendors (materials, construction services, network integration), as well as procurement, supply chain, network construction, and network operations teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, safely, and with high quality.
Conduct on-site inspections of IDC environments, project dependencies, and construction progress according to regional TPM requirements, and provide feedback.
Based on project SOW, planning schemes, standard network architecture, and technical specifications, prepare detailed cabling construction technical plans and equipment installation schemes, and produce material lists and service item lists.
Qualifications:
Higher Diploma or above in Information Technology, Engineering, Telecommunications, or related field
At least 5 years of experience in structured cabling, weak current engineering, or project delivery management
Strong project management knowledge; able to lead complex projects and guide others
Familiar with Alibaba module construction workflows and tools; capable of resolving process bottlenecks
Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills; able to drive cross-team collaboration
Proficient in structured cabling processes, quality standards, and safety regulations
Skilled in identifying key control points and solving complex implementation scenarios
Knowledgeable about cabling materials and applications; able to provide technical guidance
Experience in optimizing and formulating SOPs and standards
Strong communication and multi-project coordination abilities
Team-oriented, collaborative mindset
PMP or similar project management certification preferred
Proficiency in Chinese and English; local language skills are a plus
