Operations Training Intern

Duties include:
1. Execute and supervise the daily operations of the store, including but not limited to product display, sanitation management, customer service, etc., to ensure the effective implementation of various standards;
2. Communicate the company's latest policies, promotional activities, etc. to the store and collect feedback from the store and franchisees in a timely manner to adjust strategies;
3. Use sales data, customer feedback, and other performance indicators to analyze the effectiveness of store operations and provide data support for decision-making; analyze sales trends with store managers and franchisees, and help develop store operating strategies to boost sales;
4. Establish and maintain good relationships between store managers and franchisees, understand their needs, and solve the difficulties and problems they encounter in their operations;
5. Regularly organize store manager training to enhance team professional skills and service level, ensure operational standard consistency, and promote store business improvement and upgrading.

Job Requirements
1. Graduation from college or above; 1 to 3 years of work experience, those with retail industry work experience will be given priority;
2. Customer-centric: Always put the customer at the center, focus on customer needs and experiences, and strive to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty; have C-end customer thinking;
3. Have strong communication and influence skills, analysis ability and execution ability. Maintain curiosity and thirst for knowledge about new knowledge and skills, and be able to continue learning;
