Job Responsibilities

Responsible for customer reception and seating, showcasing a warm and friendly professional image, and creating a cozy and comfortable dining atmosphere.
Provide full table service, including ordering, serving, changing cutlery, and adding drinks, to ensure a smooth service pace and meet the restaurant's standards.
Familiar with the menu content, actively introduce the daily special dishes and recommended combinations, assist customers in making appropriate choices, and enhance sales performance and dining experience.
Strictly enforce opening and closing operations, keep the desktop, ground and public area clean and orderly, and meet the dual requirements of hygiene and beauty.
Collaborate closely with the kitchen, bar, and other waitstaff, instantly communicate customer needs and special requests, and ensure seamless service transitions.

Work requirements

No need to have restaurant service experience, fresh graduates and career changers are welcome, the company provides systematic on-the-job training and certification.
Have good communication skills and empathy, be able to express clearly, listen patiently, and properly handle various inquiries and feedback from customers.
Able to adapt to shift work arrangements (including holidays), working 6 days a week, 9 hours a day plus 1 hour for meals, and having the ability to manage emotions and respond to emergencies in a high-pressure environment.
