Product Manager

Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for developing product development strategies through user research, competitive product research, competitive product analysis, and demand mining, completing product design;

3. Analyze and build product competitiveness, form product advantages and product barriers;

4. Conduct product planning, set clear product milestones; participate in guiding the product development route, grasp the big direction of the product;

5. Have innovative spirit, communicate and cooperate with various departments, and constantly explore new business growth points;

6. Collaborate with operations personnel to complete customer engagement and stickiness tool product planning and execution;

Requirements:

1. Finance, investment, accounting, mathematical statistics, computer-related fields are preferred, with a bachelor's degree or above;
2. More than four years of financial product industry product manager related experience, with a sense of career and ambition;
3. Logical thinking is meticulous, with product thinking, able to dig out real needs and find user pain points;
4. Familiar with mobile client product design, development, operation and other related work experience, those who are familiar with it are preferred;
5. Have project management certification (PMP, IPMP, PRINCE2), or agile certification (CSM) is preferred;
6. Interested in CFD business, those with CFD industry work experience are preferred.
