Office Assistant: Work location: Hong Kong Yung Shao An Elderly Care Home
Job Responsibilities:
1. Reception and service
Visitor reception: Responsible for daily reception, handling visiting inquiries, and seating visitors.
Answering the phone: Answer incoming calls and provide initial inquiries about institutional services, fees, and admission requirements.
Family communication: As a liaison point between families and institutions, handling the admission and living needs of the elderly.
2. General administration and paperwork
File processing: Responsible for general office work, including data input, copying, archiving, etc.
Report records: Assist with daily administrative reports, record the admission and discharge of the elderly and bed status.
Inventory Management
3. Other support work
Repair follow-up: Assist in handling equipment maintenance and repair matters in institutions, liaise with technicians and follow up on progress.
Event assistance: Sometimes you may need to assist social workers in preparing activity supplies, designing simple posters or bulletin boards.
Qualifications:
1. Software skills: Familiar withMicrosoft Word and Excel, understand Chinese typing.
2. Language skills: Fluent Cantonese, with general English and Mandarin communication skills.
3. Personal traits: HaveLovePatience, responsibility, and kindness, since we are dealing with the elderly, our service attitude should be warm and caring
4. Have good learning abilities, be familiar with office software, and have team spirit.
5. Currently, those who have obtained Hong Kong identity (talented individuals, high-caliber individuals, dependents) are the best, and the company can apply for a Hong Kong high-caliber individual pass on their behalf if they meet the requirements.
