City Manager (store management)

Job Description:

1. Business expansion and resource development are based on the company's overall development strategy planning, coordinate the business expansion work within the region, proactively explore potential cooperative opportunities (such as business district cooperation, channel co-construction, etc.), develop and maintain core cooperative resources within the region, and enhance the company's business coverage and influence in the regional market.

3. Team building and management are responsible for building, cultivating and motivating regional teams, including personnel recruitment, skills training, performance evaluation, etc.; establish an efficient team collaboration mechanism, enhance team members’ business capabilities and cohesion, and build a stable and combat-ready regional team.

Requirements:

Industry experience: 1 to 3 years of fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) offline expansion experience, familiar with the regional market operation mode; if you have shopping malls, office buildings, and university channels resources, or coffee, tea, and chain convenience store industry expansion experience, will be given priority;

4. Other requirements: Accept short-term supportive business trips within the region, have strong sense of responsibility and execution ability, and identify with the company's corporate culture and development philosophy.
