Duties include: Developing the company's medium-term and long-term development strategy and annual business plan; combining market demand to drive business transformation and innovation; coordinating and overseeing the company's overall daily operations, optimizing organizational structure, management processes and internal control systems; supervising financial management, human resources, compliance audit and risk control; developing core channels such as hospitals, chain pharmacies and clinics; managing key customer relationships and building a long-term strategic partner network; serving as the core bridge between Hong Kong and mainland China, coordinating and transferring business, finance, supply chain and personnel in these fields; promoting two-way resource integration and synergies to achieve overall strategic integration.
