Customer Service Assistant (Front Desk)

<p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>Main responsibilities:</strong></span></p> <p>-Responsible for appointment scheduling, billing, and daily operations and clinical services, with a professional attitude</p> <p>-Provide excellent customer service at the medical center to meet the company's service standards</p> <p>-Answer patient inquiries and schedule appointments at the front desk reception</p> <p>-Handle patient registration and service management</p> <p>-Ensure that all reception, appointment and waiting areas are kept clean, tidy and hygienic</p> <p>-Assist the supervisor in assigning temporary tasks</p> <p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Requirements:</span></strong></p> <p>-College diploma or above, and with at least 1 year of experience in an imaging center or medical center</p> <p>-Good interpersonal skills and telephone etiquette</p> <p>-Willing to learn, friendly attitude, customer-oriented, good team spirit</p> <p>-Good written and oral expression in English, Cantonese and Mandarin</p> <p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Responsibilities</span></strong></p> <p>Responsible for appointment bookings, billings and daily operational and clinical services with professional manner<br>Deliver good customer service at medical care center to meet Company’s service standard<br>Answer patient‘s inquiry and appointment booking in reception<br>Handle patient registration and service management<br>Ensure all reception, booking counter and waiting rooms are clean, tidy and hygienic<br>Assist in ad-hoc tasks assigned by supervisors</p> <p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Requirements</span></strong></p> <p>HKCEE or above with at least 1 year working experience in imaging centres or medical centres<br>Good interpersonal skills and telephone manners<br>Willingness to learn, pleasant, customer-oriented and good team player<br>Good command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua<br>Experience in hospitality, tourism or customer service is an advantage but not must<br>Fresh graduated with Tourism and Hospitality Management background is preferred</p> <p></p>
