[HK] Finance Manager

Responsibilities:

1. Handle full set of accounts, including preparation of journal entries, accounts receivable and payable, bank reconciliation, cash flow statement, month-end closing, financial analysis and working schedule.

2. Prepare internal financial reports to assist the head of finance in compiling group consolidated financial statements.

3. Oversee and manage the financial operations of a SFC licensed corporation, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, preparing and filing of Financial returns (FRR) to SFC and address regulatory inquiries related to FRR.

4. Assist in budget preparation and provide analytical reports.

5. Review and authorise daily payment.

6. Produce daily liquidity and FRR Capital reports to comply with SFC regulatory requirements.

7. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including monthly FRR submissions.

8. Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

9. Coordinate and liaise with internal and external auditors, tax advisors and other departments from time to time to facilitate annual audits.

10. Assist with ad-hoc projects.

Requirements :

1. Degree holder in Accounting or Finance or any related discipline.

2. HKICPA qualification holder or equivalent is required.

3. 3-8 years’ experience in the financial Industry relates to SFC, with solid experience in FRR Reporting is preferred.

4. Strong technical accounting skills and knowledge.

5. Well organised, self-motivated, independent, responsible and able to work under pressure.

6. Proficient in using Microsoft Word and Excel.

7. Fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese (including Mandarin).
