<p>Recruit Assistant<br>Location: Mong Kok East</p>
<p>Salary: $17,000 - $20,000 per month</p>
<p>Job Nature: Full-time</p>
<p>Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:30 am to 7:00 pm, working 5 days a week, 8 hours a day</p>

<p>Main responsibilities:</p>
<p></p>
<p>2. Schedule an interview: Contact the applicant, schedule an interview time, and confirm interview details. Prepare interview materials and assist the interviewer in conducting the interview.</p>
<p>3. Onboarding process follow-up: Responsible for preparing new employees’ onboarding documents, including contracts, identity verification documents, etc.</p>
<p>Ensure all onboarding processes run smoothly, and follow up on new employees’ onboarding status in a timely manner.</p>
<p>4. New employee training: Assist in arranging a training plan for new employees, including company culture introduction, department responsibilities, and relevant work skills training. Ensure that new employees receive sufficient support and guidance during the training period.</p>
<p>5. Customer relationship management: Regularly stay in touch with new employees, understand their adaptation to the workplace and their needs, and provide necessary assistance.</p>
<p>Collect feedback from new employees and make improvement suggestions to management.</p>

<p>Qualifications:</p>
<p>1. Educational requirements: Post-secondary education: Hold a relevant diploma or certificate (such as human resources management, business management, etc.).</p>
<p>2. Work experience: Those with one year of relevant work experience are preferred, especially those with experience in recruitment or human resources management.</p>
<p>3. Language skills: Good Cantonese ability, Mandarin and English at a general level, able to communicate fluently in oral and written form.</p>
<p>Able to read and write Chinese, and a little bit of reading and writing English.</p>
<p>4. Skills required: Familiar with Microsoft Office applications (such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.), able to perform basic data processing and document editing.</p>
<p>5. Have secondary school graduation certificate or equivalent.</p>
<p>6. Able to type in Chinese, with basic computer operations knowledge.</p>
