Conduct customer visits through phone or other electronic communication channels (mainly targeting inactive and open pool customers), understand customer needs and introduce suitable products and services</p><p>3. Actively reach out to lost customers, understand the reasons for stopping cooperation, and seek opportunities for re-cooperation</p><p>4.
