Job Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive financial planning services tailored to high-net-worth individuals, including wealth preservation, estate planning, tax optimization, and intergenerational wealth transfer strategies.
- Conduct in-depth financial assessments to understand clients』 goals, risk tolerance, liquidity needs, and long-term aspirations, then develop customized, holistic financial plans.
- Collaborate with external specialists—including trust attorneys, tax accountants, insurance advisors, and investment managers—to coordinate seamless execution of complex financial strategies.
- Maintain and grow a portfolio of high-net-worth clients through proactive relationship management, regular portfolio reviews, and timely strategic adjustments aligned with evolving personal and market conditions.
- Stay current with regulatory developments, financial products, market trends, and advanced planning techniques to ensure recommendations remain compliant, innovative, and client-centric.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, or a related field; CFP®, CFA®, ChFC®, or PFS certification strongly preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience delivering financial planning and advisory services to ultra-high-net-worth or high-net-worth clients.
- Proven expertise in advanced planning areas such as charitable giving, family limited partnerships, grantor retained annuity trusts (GRATs), and private placement life insurance (PPLI).
- Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills—with demonstrated ability to translate complex financial concepts into clear, actionable insights for sophisticated clients.
- Valid Series 7 and 66 licenses (or willingness to obtain within 90 days); adherence to fiduciary standards and commitment to ethical, transparent client service.
