Procurement Manager

<p> </p><p>Job Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Responsible for developing and optimizing procurement strategies to ensure a high-efficiency procurement process that aligns with the company's business objectives.</li><li>Manage supplier relationships, including evaluation, selection, contract negotiation, and ongoing performance monitoring.</li><li>Coordinate cross-functional requirements to ensure timely delivery of materials and services, supporting overall business operations.</li><li>Lead the major procurement project's bidding and negotiation process, striving to achieve the best balance between cost-effectiveness and risk control.</li><li>Ensure all procurement activities comply with contract terms, regulatory requirements, and internal compliance policies.</li></ul><p><br>Work requirements</p><ul><li>Bachelor's degree or above in business management, supply chain management or related fields.</li><li>Having more than 12 years of relevant procurement or supply chain management work experience.</li><li>Familiar with contract matters and application of legal terms with different cooperation partners.</li><li>Must be fluent in English and Cantonese, with excellent oral communication skills and professional writing techniques.</li><li>Have excellent negotiation skills, analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities, and be able to effectively execute decisions in high-pressure environments.</li></ul>
