Assistant Accountant
Job Responsibilities

• Daily check and update bank statement, ensure accurate and error-free record of fund flow

• Regularly update accounts receivable (A/R) and accounts payable (A/P) status to help maintain clear and timely accounting

• Handle daily office administrative affairs, including file archiving, data input, mail reception and internal coordination support

• Monthly statement and financial statement related basic work, such as invoice processing, preliminary classification of vouchers, etc.

• Attend department meetings on time and execute other accounting and administrative support tasks assigned by the supervisor

Work requirements

• Applicants with secondary school diploma or above, holding accounting-related certificates (such as HKICPA Foundation Level, IVE Accounting Course, etc.) are preferred

• 2 to 3 years of accounting or financial administration work experience, familiar with basic bookkeeping concepts and common accounting processes

• Able to communicate and write fluently in Cantonese, Mandarin, and basic English, and able to handle bilingual documents

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word, with basic data sorting and report generation skills

• Must be a permanent resident of Hong Kong, able to work full-time at the Wadden Center on Hong Kong Island, with working hours from 9 am to 6 pm on Monday to Friday
