Job Description

Responsible for content planning, writing, and daily operations of self-media platforms (such as WeChat Video, Xiaohongshu, Douyin, etc.), thereby increasing brand exposure and user participation.
Based on target audience and market trends, develop content creation direction and publication plan, and maintain a stable content update frequency and quality.
Monitor data performance on various platforms, analyze key indicators such as reading volume, interaction rate, and fan growth, and regularly submit operation reports to optimize future strategies.
Plan and execute online promotion activities, combine hot topics and holiday nodes, and enhance account influence and conversion effects.
Collaborate with design, marketing or product teams, integrate resources, push cross-departmental projects to the ground, and strengthen brand image and communication consistency.

Work requirements

Have a college degree or above, with a preference for media, journalism, marketing or related fields, and at least one year of experience in self-media or digital content operation.
Have excellent writing skills, able to independently write original content in different styles, including but not limited to copywriting, scripts, short video copywriting, etc.
Have basic data analysis skills, and be able to use platform backend tools or third-party data software for performance tracking and strategy adjustment.
Proactive and positive, with good communication and coordination skills and team spirit, able to effectively manage multiple tasks under pressure and deliver on time.
