Job Responsibilities

Completely responsible for the overall operation and management of the company, formulate and implement the corporate long-term development strategy and annual operating objectives, and coordinate the planning of market expansion, brand building and business growth paths.
Lead major commercial decisions, including new business deployment, resource allocation, organizational structure optimization, and cross-departmental collaboration mechanism construction, to ensure strategy implementation and performance achievement.
Continuously monitor global advertising and communication industry dynamics, technological evolution and consumer behavior changes, and guide innovative practices and digital transformation strategies to be implemented.

Work requirements

Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in advertising, communication, market research, and business management; those with overseas study backgrounds are preferred.
Age is not limited, with a cumulative total of more than 10 years of work experience in the fields of advertising, communication or integrated marketing, of which at least 5 years must be spent as a director, deputy general manager or equivalent senior management position.
Have cross-border corporate work experience, or have led at least one large-scale international project from planning to implementation, familiar with multi-market collaboration mode and compliance requirements.
Have excellent strategic thinking and business insight, be able to independently draw up executable development blueprints, and effectively decompose goals and supervise implementation.
Fluent in English as a working language, with high-level oral and written communication skills, able to manage multicultural teams and host international conferences.
