Job Description

Working hours: 9:30-18:00 Refuse OT

Job Responsibilities

Assist senior real estate agents in handling daily sales affairs, including property information sorting, customer inquiry response and viewing arrangements
Learn and master Hong Kong real estate agency-related laws and industry standards, and prepare for license examination
Participate in property inspections and photography work, and assist in producing attractive property promotion content

Work requirements

Aged 18 or above, holding a valid Hong Kong identity card and legal work permit
Secondary school graduation or above, passionate about the real estate industry, and no experience is required for admission
Willing to study for and take the real estate agent (personal) license while working, and to obtain the license within the specified time frame
Have basic Chinese writing skills, understand how to use smartphones and common office software
Active and responsible, able to accept field work and flexible working hours
