Project Assistant (Digital Learning)

Responsibilities:

• To assist project team on the development of projects

• Work closely with content & system development team to ensure the quality of the project

• Maintain and update the project files, documents and database with high accuracy

• Assist in workshops and events

• Assist and support supervisor in any ad hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

• Degree holder or above in any related disciplines

• 1 year or above working experience on educational e-Publishing or project coordination

• Good general knowledge on e-Publishing and e-Learning tools

• Experience on educational e-Publishing or project coordination and familiar with local Primary and/or Secondary curriculum is an advantage

• Good language skills; Chinese Language and English Language obtain 5 or above in HKDSE or equivalent

• Passion for Education and innovation

• Excellent computer knowledge

• Good communication & analytical skills

• Able to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams

• Able to meet tight deadlines and skillful at multi-tasking

• Proactive, well-organized, flexible and meticulous to details

• Self-motivated and able to work under pressure
