Job Description

Job Responsibilities

Assist in completing daily opening and closing procedures, including product display and organization, POS machine operations, and cash settlements,
According to the company's sales targets, actively promote and carry out promotional activities to achieve personal and team performance indicators
Instantly report inventory status, assist with replenishment and inventory counting, and ensure that goods are supplied in sufficient quantities and displayed neatly
Record customer feedback and needs, and regularly report market dynamics and competitive brand information to senior management

Work requirements

High school or vocational school degree, with basic Chinese and English communication skills, and able to adapt to the work rhythm of the retail environment
Applicants with retail or service industry experience will be given priority, and those with no experience are also welcome to apply
Outgoing and proactive personality, with good service awareness and interpersonal interaction skills
Familiar with basic computer operations, able to quickly learn sales systems and customer management tools
