Immigration Consultant Assistant

To support the delivery of high-quality residency, citizenship, and immigration advisory services by assisting with client case management, application preparation, document handling, and market research, with a particular focus on enhancing service capabilities for clients from South Asia.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation, review, and submission of visa, residency, and citizenship applications in compliance with Hong Kong Immigration Department requirements.

• Communicate directly with clients via email, phone, and in-person meetings to collect required documents, explain procedures, and provide status updates.

• Verify supporting documents for accuracy and completeness; maintain organized, confidential client files and application trackers.

• Conduct research on international migration programs, country-specific requirements, and emerging trends, particularly in Asia and South Asia.

• Coordinate with overseas partners, educational institutions, and service providers to facilitate client journeys.

• Support administrative functions including scheduling, correspondence drafting, and database management.

• Contribute to business development activities targeting South Asian markets, such as preparing marketing content or assisting with client webinars/seminars.
