Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for new media content planning, publication, and daily operation on mainstream social platforms such as Xiaohongshu, Facebook, Instagram, and Douyin, thereby increasing account fan numbers, interaction rate, and brand exposure.
Independently complete theme image shooting, basic image editing, and poster design, and be familiar with the use of Photoshop, Illustrator for visual beauty and creative presentation.
Create and edit short videos (including subtitles, transitions, sound effects, etc.), support platform short video content updates, and meet the tone and user preferences of each platform.
Collaborate with the team to draft a magazine design, integrate copy and visual elements, and output digital design finished products suitable for web, mobile and social media.
Regularly analyze platform data (such as click-through rate, retention rate, conversion rate, etc.), optimize content strategy and propose executable iterative suggestions.

Requirements:

Have more than 2 years of new media operation practical experience, familiar with the algorithm logic and content ecology of platforms such as Xiaohongshu, Facebook, Instagram, and Douyin.
Have basic flat design skills, be able to independently operate Photoshop and Illustrator to complete image editing, layout and poster creation.
Master basic film editing skills (such as using CapCut, Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro), and you can produce high-quality short audiovisual content.
Have good writing skills, be able to write concise and powerful copy that is consistent with the platform's context, and complement the visual to unify the brand image.
Strong sense of responsibility, quick response, able to adapt to the fast pace of content production, and with cross-departmental collaboration and multi-task handling abilities.
