Job Responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior interior designers to execute residential, commercial and office space design solutions, including concept development, floor plans, material selection and 3D rendering support

• Responsible for engineering document processing and archiving, covering construction drawings, material samples, supplier quotation sheets and contract documents, etc., ensuring that project documents are complete and easy to trace

• Participate in site inspections, measurements, and construction progress as needed, record the actual site conditions and assist in handling design adjustments and technical issues

• Support bidding and proposal work, including slide preparation, design description writing, and visual presentation integration

Work requirements

• Have a higher diploma or associate degree in interior design, architecture or related fields, with preference given to those with local or recognized design qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of interior design practical experience, familiar with Hong Kong building regulations, fire regulations and general building design standards are preferred

• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop/Illustrator) and MS Office; those with Revit basic skills are given extra points

• Have good time management skills and sense of responsibility, adapt to the long and short week work mode (every two weeks including one week of six days), and be able to accommodate occasional outings and on-site support needs

Benefits

• Monthly salary of HKD$14,000–$16,000, salary can be negotiated based on experience and performance
