Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the daily inspection, maintenance and regular maintenance of elevators and escalators to ensure their safe and stable operation;
- Execute fault diagnosis and emergency maintenance tasks, reach the site within the specified response time and effectively eliminate abnormal conditions;
- According to industry standards and manufacturer technical manuals, complete preventive maintenance plans and related technical records;
- Cooperate with the building management office or the owner's unit, participate in the acceptance, handover testing and operation training support of the newly installed elevators;
- Regularly submit maintenance reports, parts replacement records, and safety risk assessment suggestions to help improve overall equipment management standards.
Requirements:
- Have the recognition of the Hong Kong Electrical and Mechanical Services Department (EMSD) as "Lift and escalator technician" or "Lift and escalator engineer";
- Having three or more years of elevator installation, maintenance or technical support practical experience, familiar with mainstream brands (such as OTIS, Schindler, Mitsubishi, KONE, etc.) System structure and control principle;
- Have basic Chinese and English reading and writing abilities, be able to clearly understand technical documents, safety instructions and customer communication needs;
