Duties: 1. Human resources management: Responsible for employee labor relations management, attendance management, personnel system maintenance, file management, and various statistical reports. 2. Administrative Management: Responsible for company administrative affairs management, assist various business and departments to handle transactional work; responsible for company safety management; responsible for maintaining various qualifications of the company, and responsible for application, promotion and change of qualifications. 3. Complete other work items assigned by senior leaders.
Qualifications: 1. Bachelor's degree or above, human resources, administration, finance or management-related professional background is preferred. 2, 3 years or more of relevant work experience, with human resources management, administrative or operational support positions, with financial management experience preferred (such as cost management, tax management, accounting, accounting supervision, budget management, financial report preparation, etc.). 4. Familiar with Hong Kong local laws and regulations, understand contract management related knowledge. 5. Master Cantonese, Mandarin and English, with good oral and written expression skills. 6. Able to work independently, meticulous and solid, strong sense of responsibility, good organizational and coordination skills and team spirit.
