Job Description
Job Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, networking, and lead generation activities.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients by understanding their needs and delivering tailored sales solutions.
Prepare and deliver compelling product or service presentations, proposals, and quotations to potential and existing customers.
Manage the full sales cycle—from initial contact and qualification through negotiation, closing, and post-sale follow-up.
Collaborate with marketing, product, and support teams to align sales strategies with company goals and market demands.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field; relevant industry experience preferred.
Proven track record in B2B or B2C sales, with demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding quarterly and annual targets.
Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all organizational levels.
Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and standard office productivity tools.
Self-motivated, resilient, and adaptable—with excellent time management and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, target-driven environment.
