Job Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, networking, and lead generation activities.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients by understanding their needs and delivering tailored sales solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling product or service presentations, proposals, and quotations to potential and existing customers.
  • Manage the full sales cycle—from initial contact and qualification through negotiation, closing, and post-sale follow-up.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and support teams to align sales strategies with company goals and market demands.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field; relevant industry experience preferred.
  • Proven track record in B2B or B2C sales, with demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding quarterly and annual targets.
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all organizational levels.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and standard office productivity tools.
  • Self-motivated, resilient, and adaptable—with excellent time management and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, target-driven environment.
