System Monitoring and Maintenance Officer (Financial Market Data System)

A. Position requirements
1. Have 0 to 2 years of relevant work experience, a college degree or above;
2. Familiar with the operation of real-time quotation system/SHSE Intelligent Server software deployment and change operations, after receiving training, you can independently handle standard changes and general changes; you need to control customer reception permissions, open or cancel customer services in the Linux environment according to the specification, and be responsible for server-side deployment and operation file preparation work.
3. Familiar with Windows and Linux common operations, and able to use automation maintenance tools to handle common changes in bulk.
4. Familiar with "low latency" system and network-related monitoring tool operations, discover abnormalities and report them immediately, notify relevant personnel to follow up and handle; the current system uses Zabbix as the monitoring tool, and you need to master its installation and deployment method, and have basic network and server fault diagnosis and troubleshooting skills.
5. Have a high sense of responsibility and team spirit, and be willing to accept overtime arrangements.
II. Staff and working hours
1. Bi-weekly shift system
One week: Work 6 days per week (Monday to Friday 07:15-15:45, Saturday 08:00-16:30)
Another week: work 4 days per week (Monday to Friday 09:00-17:30, with one day off in that week)
2. Public holiday shift rules
(1) Mainland long holidays can be normal leave, but the day before the holiday ends must be worked according to the public holiday schedule;
(2) Except for the day being a Sunday, all Hong Kong public holidays must be staffed;
(3) Public holiday working hours: 08:00-16:30;
(4) If Hong Kong is closed but the mainland remains open for public holidays, staff must be assigned to work;
(5) Public holidays only require the deployment of 1 junior staff member.
