Job Description

Job Responsibilities

Create course content.
Design personalized lesson plans and interactive teaching activities based on students’ learning characteristics and progress, and continuously optimize teaching methods and evaluation approaches.
Regularly observe and record learning outcomes, write individualized learning reports, and have positive communication and build educational consensus with parents or guardians.

Work requirements

Have a university degree or above in education, psychology, humanities or related fields; those with a valid teaching certificate or education-related professional certificate are especially preferred.
Have at least one year of teaching practice experience to independently design courses and conduct on-site teaching tasks.
Have good oral expression and listening skills, and be able to interact with children, youths and parents with patience, empathy and a positive attitude.
Familiar with basic education theory and common learning difference support strategies, with basic teaching materials compilation, multimedia teaching aids application and presentation creation abilities.
Value professional ethics and educational enthusiasm, willing to cooperate with the center's teaching rhythm and administrative collaboration, and possessing a sense of responsibility and teamwork spirit.
