Develop and implement a maintenance plan for the area's equipment to prevent failures;
Manage the maintenance area spare parts (issue, record, scrap, etc.), ensure supply and standardized management;
Responsible for implementing the optimized solution for the battery exchange station, following up on the results and solving process problems;
Implement equipment safety production strategies and ensure maintenance and operation comply with safety standards;
Teach station operations and maintenance skills, and complete other tasks assigned by superiors.
Job Requirements
Educational qualifications: Secondary five education, holding a Hong Kong Electrical and Mechanical Services Department electrician certificate (B level);
Work experience: More than 2 years of charging and swapping maintenance experience, with on-site project management experience; those with team management experience are preferred;
Professional knowledge: familiar with the functions, structure and principle of equipment electrical components; familiar with charging and exchanging electric products is preferred;
Practical skills: Have installation, debugging, and maintenance skills in power electronics and transmission mechanical equipment, with rich on-site experience;
Comprehensive quality: strong execution and communication skills, clear logic, inference and evaluation ability, and team awareness.
Benefits
Salary range:Monthly salary30,000–40,000 Hong Kong dollars
Working hours: Five days work schedule, flexible working hours, optional time slots (9:30–18:30 / 10:00–19:00), one-hour lunch break
Rest days: weekend double off; but if a station encounters a sudden emergency, it is necessary to be summoned to the scene for support (currently there are only two stations: 1.
