First-level Chinese medicine dispenser

Responsibilities

2. Execute general Chinese pharmacy operations;

3. Supervise the safe use of drugs;

4. Conduct drug warehouse management;

5. Maintain the sanitation standards of the Chinese medicine pharmacy;

6. Explain to the patient the method of decoction and administration of the medicine;

7. Assist the Chinese pharmacist in handling drug information and quality control;

8. Enter data into the Chinese Medical Information Management System (CMIS);

9. In collaboration with the Chinese and Western medical cooperation plan, drugs will be sent to designated public hospitals;

10. Under the guidance of the pharmacy supervisor/supervisor, complete the work in the Chinese medicine pharmacy.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in Chinese herbal medicine preparation (or equivalent academic qualifications); or

Chinese herbal medicine formulation related high diploma (or equivalent academic qualifications); or

Chinese herbal medicine preparation related diploma (or equivalent academic qualifications); or

2. Able to speak fluent Cantonese, understand Mandarin and have a general level of English proficiency;
