Part-time pet cake salesperson

Job Description:

Main responsibilities:

• Introduce in-store products to customers, including pet cakes, snacks and related supplies, and provide selection advice as needed

• Handle daily cash register work, including cash and electronic payments

• Assist in handling online and in-store order pickup and delivery of cakes, ensuring accuracy and error-free

• Manage and organize goods, including inventory, shelf stocking, replenishment, and maintaining a neat shelf

• Build and maintain good relationships with customers, actively care about their pets' needs, and answer basic inquiries

• Maintain store cleanliness and basic sanitation standards

• Assist with other daily store operations as needed

Requirements:

• Preference will be given to those who own dogs or cats

• Saturday and Sunday work is preferred

• Love animals, especially dogs, pet-friendly and patient, and able to actively interact with dogs

• Polite, punctual, responsible, and able to handle store affairs independently

• Applicants with retail/dining/customer service experience are preferred

• Prefer to work on weekends and public holidays

• Must be able to handle simple mobile phone and point-of-sale system operations
