(see) Technician - Building Equipment Maintenance

Main Duties:

• Carry out repair and maintenance works for building facilities including mechanical ventilation & air-conditioning, HV/LV electricity supply, fire services, passenger lift and other facility sub-systems

• Carry out fault diagnosis and troubleshooting

• Participate in engineering projects

• Assist in supervising contractors’ work performance

Requirements:

• Certificate in Building Services / Electrical / Power / MechanicalEngineering or above

• At least 2 years’ relevant working experience

• Good learning and cooperative working attitude

• Holder of valid Electrical Worker & Driving License (Class 1 & 2)will be an advantage

• Candidates withless experiencebut with Higher Diploma will beconsidered asTechnician Trainee and enrolled in our 1-year Technician Trainee Programme

Job Responsibilities

• For various building facilities (such as air conditioning, fire protection, electricity, water supply, data center equipment, etc.) in the container terminal to carry out maintenance, changes and maintenance

• Carry out fault repair

• Participate in different engineering projects

• Assist engineers in supervising subcontractors' work

Entry Requirements

• Hold relevant diplomas/certificates or equivalent academic qualifications;

• Two or more years of relevant experience;

• Good learning attitude and team spirit

• Applicants with a recognized electrician's license or a valid driver's license (1st or 2nd class) will be given priority

• If those with less experience hold a higher engineering diploma, they may be considered for employment as apprentice technicians to participate in a one-year training program
