Logistics Operations Officer

• Coordinate goods transportation in warehouse and distribution network to ensure smooth and efficient overall logistics operations.
• Stay in close contact with internal teams, suppliers and logistics service providers, coordinate and solve various problems in transportation and delivery process.
• Compile and analyze logistics-related performance indicator reports, providing data support and decision-making basis for management.
• Develop, implement and maintain logistics operations standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure compliance and consistency in operations.

Work requirements

• Applicants with air freight, sea freight or express industry-related work experience will be given priority.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and word processing software, able to effectively organize data and create reports.
• Have good writing skills in Chinese and English, and be able to type Chinese and English accurately and quickly.
• Have good analytical skills and logical thinking, and be able to quickly make judgments and adjustments in a changing logistics environment.
• High sense of responsibility, able to withstand pressure and complete tasks independently.

Benefits

• Working five days a week (Monday to Friday 08:30-18:00; some Saturdays need to work, which can be made up for by taking a day off)
• Yearly leave starts from 10 days and increases by one day from the third year, with a maximum of 18 days of annual leave.
