Job Description

We are seeking a versatile Shipping & Merchandising Officer to handle the full lifecycle of our orders. In this role, you will be the central point of contact from production to shipment for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

Shipping & Logistics

  • Prepare and process full set of shipping documents (Bill of Lading, Packing Lists, Commercial Invoices, etc.) to ensure timely delivery.

  • Liaise with different vendors and freight forwarders to coordinate shipments.

  • Ensure all procedures align with global retail corporations shipping standards and compliance requirements.

Merchandising & Account Management

  • Communicate closely with the internal production department to monitor progress and ensure smooth, on-time manufacturing cycles.

  • Manage client accounts via email, providing proactive updates and resolving inquiries.

  • Prepare accurate quotations for clients based on production costs and market analysis.

  • Collaborate with the internal team to align sales strategies with manufacturing capabilities.

Administrative Support

  • Perform general office administration duties including filing, data entry, and document organization.

  • Maintain and update records, databases, and filing systems (both physical and digital).

  • Assist with scheduling, meeting coordination, and correspondence as needed.

  • Support other departments with ad-hoc administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience: Previous experience in merchandising, shipping, or supply chain coordination (experience within a trading or manufacturing environment is a strong advantage, even more preferable if clients are global retail chains).

  • Detail-Oriented: High level of accuracy in preparing shipping documents and managing client accounts.

  • Communication: Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal) to manage global client accounts and Good Mandarin Chinese skills to communicate with our manufacturing department.

  • Multitasking: Ability to juggle multiple priorities—from shipping responsibilities to troubleshooting production delays.

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and familiarity with ERP systems or shipping software is a plus.
