Full responsibility for the daily operation and management of the restaurant, ensuring that all business operations run smoothly.
Supervise and maintain food quality and standards in the overall store.
Actively explore business development opportunities, improve sales performance and profitability.
Coordinate shift scheduling, including the creation of employee shift schedules, human resources allocation, and vacation plan coordination.
Provide new employees with store familiarization training, supervise on-the-job training progress, evaluate employee performance, track growth, and make personnel transfer recommendations as needed.
Ensure that all employees meet the personal hygiene and appearance standards set by the company before starting work.
Maintain overall store service quality and operating standards to ensure customer satisfaction.
Regularly inspect all equipment to ensure it meets health and safety requirements.
Strictly enforce internal policies, procedures, and government regulations related to health and safety and food safety.
Requirements:
Have a higher diploma, associate degree or above in culinary management, hotel management or related fields.
At least 5 years of solid work experience in the food and beverage industry or food and beverage management field; those with less experience will be considered for appointment as assistant managers or supervisors.
Love the food service industry, with high attention to food quality and customer experience.
Have excellent leadership skills and communication skills, and be able to effectively lead the team to achieve its goals.
Strong independent work ability, self-motivated, clear-headed, attention to details, and able to perform steadily under high pressure.
Proficient in Chinese and English writing and oral expression.

"Qi Xi Fu" is a non-profit organization that was launched on February 24, 2013. As a platform, "Qi Xi Fu" works with like-minded partners such as non-governmental organizations, business and industrial organizations, community groups, schools and other environmental protection groups to promote related plans to reduce food waste.
