Responsible for daily accounting and bookkeeping, including income and expense registration, accounts receivable and payable reconciliation
Execute employee salary calculation and payment, timely complete monthly salary calculation, MPF contribution application and related deductions
Support personnel administration work, covering onboarding/offboarding procedures, employee file management, holiday record and internal communication and coordination
Assist in preparing profit tax and salary tax declaration documents to ensure compliance with the Hong Kong Inland Revenue Ordinance, Companies Ordinance and MPF legislation
Handle customer quotation processing, issuance, and follow-up, and be responsible for accounts receivable collection and reconciliation, maintaining good cash flow management
Work requirements
Preference will be given to those with accounting-related certificates;
Use Peachtree accounting system and Microsoft Excel to input data;
Preference will be given to those with accounting, personnel and administrative experience;
Have clear oral and written communication skills, be able to effectively coordinate internal departments and respond to external customer inquiries; have basic English reading ability, be able to understand contract, letter and system interface content;
